Godshill Station (Steam)

Although the station buildings and the station house have both been turned into private dwellings, the platform itself has been preserved. There is a brand-new addition to the main station structure, and it has been constructed directly onto the platform.

On the east side of the station was a tiny goods yard that was supplied by a single siding that was 260 feet long.

Godshill continued to process dairy milk transactions up to the day it shut down. In the year 1927, the station was demoted to the status of an unstaffed stop.
