Newport Quay Railway Bridge

The bridge was situated over the River Medina at Newport Quay.

The red brick viaduct or bridge had one central column that was in the middle of the river. To facilitate continued transit of big masted vessels farther up stream to the quay, the western span of track might be retracked.
